  • DESCRIPTION OF PROJECTS
    1. To provide Design and Build Services to build three (3) single-storey warehouses which include (but are not limited to) earthworks, infrastructure and utilities;
    2.  To prepare the :
      1. overall development layout
      2. Architectural Concept, and
      3. Architectural and Mechanical & Electrical specifications
    3. for the proposed warehouses including for the offices, surau and utility buildings; and
    4. To coordinate and shoulder the overall responsibility for the quality, work and performance of all primary, secondary and specialist design sub-consultants (for the effective provision of their services and the integration of the project towards the successful completion of the Works.
