MMCES Welcomes China Railway No.3 Engineering Group Co. Ltd Delegation

On 16-17th November 2016, a delegation from China Railway No.3 Engineering Group Co., Ltd (“CR3”) made an official visit to MMCES office and MMC Gamuda KVMRT Line 1 project site.
The delegation was led by Mr. Wang Shuwei, a Vice President of CR3. The other officers who also joint the visit were Mr. Zhao Shantong, CPC General Secretariat of CR3 Beijing International Branch, Mr. Bian Yanling, Chief Economist of CR3 Beijing International Branch, Mr. Yan Xiangnan, Chief Coordinator of CR3 Southeast Engineering Group Co., Ltd and also Mr. Wanyu as the interpreter.
China Railway No.3 Engineering Group Co., Ltd. (CR3) was established in 1952, since then CR3 has transformed its existence into a large & comprehensive construction player in China. Their experience and expertise covered a wide spectrum of construction industry especially in infrastructure, railway and non-railway-related projects. Among the significant projects involved were tunnel and railway projects either in China as well as in other countries.
The delegation was first brought to Jalan Cochrane site office on the 16th November 2016, where the group was later briefed by a Project Engineer in charged. After the briefing, the delegation had been given the opportunity to witness the massive progress of Cochrane Underground station work activities. From the management side of MMCES, the visit was led by Ir. Chee Weng Loon, Director of Engineering & Construction Division and Encik Mohd Abdul Fatah, Chief Executive Officer of MMC Engineering Services Sdn. Bhd.
Later on the 17th November 2016 eve, the delegates had been invited to visit MMCES office and had a business collaboration meeting with MMCES Management Team at MMCES HQ office, Wisma Zelan. The discussion touched in details on how to establish best business strategies and effective implementation practices between the collaborated parties
MMCES hosted a farewell dinner at Shangri La Hotel with the delegation and presented a corporate plaque to CR3 and souvenirs to all delegates.
